Packages and Subsystems

What is the difference between packages and subsystems ?
Subsystems implement Interfaces
Thereby the following characteristics are present for subsystems which are not present for packages

• Encapsulates information behind the interfaces
• Represent an independent capability with clear interfaces
• Are easily replaced
